There are just five weeks to go to our fabulous blues weekend at  The Toorak in Torquay Friday 17th – 20th June 2016.The Toorak is a delightful small hotel close to the sea with great rooms, fabulous food and excellent service, with three swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room and a Bistro. Add to the fab venue a stunning line-up and you have a weekend you shouldn’t miss!Chris Farlowe is a fantastic blues singer, now in his 70’s with a voice as great as ever, backed by the fabulous Norman Beaker Band. We are also delighted to have the Marcus Malone Band  on the bill – Marcus is a brilliant singer songwriter, and he has a superb band with not one but two excellent guitarists. In addition we have Russell ‘Hitman’ Alexander with his all-American band including brass section. Plus the brilliant Stevie Smith’s Sin House with Stevie Smith (ex Ruthless Blues) on vocals and blues harmonica and Steve Smith (ex Hot Club and Dumpy’s Rusty Nuts) on guitar. Fab blues songstress Ruby Tiger with her band The Revelators play as well as world-class guitarist Robin Bibi, who will be running the jam sessions as well as performing on the main stage. Last but by no means  least, superb multi-instrumentalist and flat foot dancer Stompin’ Dave is playing for you.The price for this quality weekend is just £212 for 3 nights half board in standard accommodation.
