Guy Tortora was born and raised in Pasadena, California, but now lives in London. He is a superb songwriter, singer and guitar player . Guy plays both acoustic and electric guitars, with a fine line in bottleneck playing. Together with his superb band, Guy plays his own originals and puts his own spin on old standards and traditional blues songs.

THE STEVE SUMMERS BAND
Sadly, Danny Bryant has had to cancel the gig scheduled for tonight, due to illness. However, we are delighted to welcome the Steve Summers Band to take Danny’s place.
The Steve Summers Band deliver powerful, guitar-led blues rock with Steve’s superb guitar playing and distinctive vocals at the forefront. The band are highly experienced, members having worked live and in the studio with top artists including Jethro Tull and Larry Miller.
Their latest album, ‘REWIRED’, reached the Top 10 of the IBBA Blues Broadcasters Charts and received widespread critical acclaim.

Harry Skinner Band
Formed in 2023 by Harry, Rob Marshall, and Biff Smith, the band set out with an agenda: to play their own music. Coming from a background of Blues (Harry and Biff were both in THE PRODUCERS) and having worked together in CUCKOOLAND and in FUNKASAURUS, the members felt sure that things could develop fairly quickly and set out with a set of old and new tunes as a three-piece. More recent gigs have seen the addition of Tim Payne on guitar, and it is in this format that the band is currently gigging.
Expect Blues / Rock music with strong grooves, lots of guitar, and songs that you don’t know that sound like songs you should know.

Will Wilde Band
Will Wilde has taken the harmonica way beyond its traditional blues roots since he first emerged on the music scene in 2010.
Will’s hard-edged harmonica steals the spotlight from the traditional blues rock guitar, with a sound that owes as much to Gary Moore as it does to Sonny Boy Williamson. “I’m always looking to make new sounds with the harmonica, pushing its boundaries, trying to change people’s perception of it.” In fact Will has gone one step further and created his own signature “Wilde Tuned” harmonicas so he can play licks that weren’t possible before. “They enable me to hold my own with any blues rock guitarist.”
Will was nominated “Instrumentalist of the Year” in the UK Blues Awards 2024.

The Backbone Blues Band is driven by a passion to share the music they love and to uplift those who support them. Their journey has led to a sold-out show at the iconic 100 Club’s ‘Tuesday Blues,’ performances across the country, and unforgettable performances in the Deep South, including the prestigious King Biscuit Festival and vibrant shows in New Orleans, Memphis, Baton Rouge, and at Clarksdale’s Ground Zero Blues Club. Pete G & The Magnitones
Blues harp supremo and stellar vocalist Pete G leads his stunning five-piece band through a set of rocking R&B and blues. The band delivers their own distinctive blend of highly authentic post-war electric Chicago blues, as well as touching on Texas, West Coast, Swing and Rockin’ styles of the genre. One of our favourite gigs of 2026, so we had to have them back. A fabulous band!
Sean Webster Band
Sean Webster is an inspiring guitar vocalist with a great reputation on the European blues and rock scene.
Sean’s blues-inflected guitar licks and weathered soul shouter vocals are passionately sung across tightly arranged songs.

Leonardo Giuliani Band
Superb guitarist and singer-songwriter Leonardo Giuliani plays classic and original blues, with influences of rock, country and folk, giving the band a contemporary and original sound. In 2019 he was honoured to sit in with Buddy Guy at his Legends Club in Chicago, one of his Blues influences and a guitar icon.

Tom Davies & The Bluebirds
Superb guitarist and singer-songwriter Tom Davies is the band leader of Tom Davies & The Bluebirds. Since his first performance for Boogaloo in 2024, Tom’s prowess on guitar has skyrocketed to make him one of the very best on the circuit, and his feel for the blues is way beyond his years. The band performs blues & blues rock with a blend of originals and covers.

Aisha Khan & the Rajahs are practically royalty when it comes to authentic Rhythm & Blues and Blues music—boasting a lineage of more than three decades as individual purveyors of R&B in many outstanding acts, including The Big Town Playboys, the Cadillac Kings, Blue Harlem, the James Hunter Six and many more top outfits. Each of the Rajahs is among the most talented musicians on the scene today. La Khan herself is London’s undisputed queen of R&B and, along with the Rajahs, creates a live show of electric passion and groove. Expect stunning covers of some of the greats like Johnny Guitar Watson, Big Mama Thornton and Little Willie John, along with outstanding originals that look set to become new Blues classics.

Ben Poole is an award-winning blues, rock and soul guitarist, singer and songwriter. Nominated as one of the “Best Blues Guitarists in the world”
alongside names such as Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Joe Bonamassa and many more by Guitar World Magazine.
He will be at Crookham with his superb all-rocking band.
