New Boogaloo Blues & Boogie venue!
Crookham Memorial Hall, Sandy Lane, Church Crookham, Fleet GU52 8LD
Crookham Memorial Hall is a delightful venue, with a smart and spacious hall with integrated stage and lights, comfy seating for up to 130, and a large free car park for up to 60 cars. There is no licensed bar, but we will have some soft drinks and snacks available for sale (everything £1 or less!), and if you fancy something a bit stronger, you can bring your own drinks! Please remember to reserve tickets as this helps us plan the gigs, and it means we can get in touch with you if there are any last-minute changes. Payment is in cash on the door (no cheques or card payments.) We look forward to seeing you!

Ian Parker has a truly distinctive voice and an inspirational guitar technique. Ian’s show offers something for everyone – blues, roots, soul, gospel, funk, and even a touch of jazz,
all to be found in Ian’s stunning live show.
Whilst serving his apprenticeship on the European Blues/Rock circuit Ian has shared the stage with none other than Eric Clapton, opening a show for the guitar legend in London, December 2002. He has also worked alongside other notable luminaries to include: Jeff Beck, John Mayall, Walter Trout and Peter Green.

Leonardo Giuliani Band
Superb guitarist and singer-songwriter Leonardo Giuliani plays classic and original blues, with influences of rock, country and folk, giving the band a contemporary and original sound. In 2019 he was honoured to sit in with Buddy Guy at his Legends Club in Chicago, one of his Blues influences and a guitar icon. His first-rate band includes ace sax player Ronnie Taylor.

Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion
Vibrant and melodic, funky rocking blues featuring Hammond-organ, drums, guitar and vocals, Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion deliver an exciting live set based around rootsy original songs, strong catchy riffs and exciting grooves, mixing old school tradition with contemporary flare and sophistication.
Zoe’s dynamic and commanding vocal delivery is complimented by the fabulous guitar playing of Rob Koral, together with the highly accomplished rhythm section of Pete Whittaker on Hammond organ and Dave Mayne on drums.

Gary Fletcher Band
Gary Fletcher is best known as the bass player with The Blues Band, which ran from 1979 until finally ‘parking the tour bus’ in September 2022.
Gary is now taking the opportunity to focus on his own music, along with the very fine musicians who make up the GFB

You’re in for a treat with fabulous singer Jess Hayes and her killer band, fronted by Jess and superb guitarist and singer Frankie Connolly. The band performs a powerful set of blues ballads and up-tempo numbers, including self-penned originals. If you like great vocals, terrific musicianship, and a fresh approach, this is the band for you!

Stunning singer and rhythm guitarist Val Cowell and guitar supremo and singer Papa George team up to form this superb band. Expect a powerful mix of blues and blues rock from these super-stars of the blues, with a super-tight rhythm section including top bass guitarist Pete Stroud.

Ruthless Blues
Ruthless Blues is a British Blues Rock band originally formed in 1979. Legendary blues
singer and harp player Stevie Smith joined the band in 1985 and is still going strong
today. There have been many line-up changes since then but what has remained constant is
the great music and the sense of fun!

Critically-lauded blues rock axeman, Danny Bryant is described by Planet Rock Radio as a “British Blues Legend” and by Blues patriarch Walter Trout as, “One of the best ever”.
