We are delighted to have the extremely fabulous 24 Pesos playing at Farnham Maltings on Thursday 25th October.   Award-winning band 24 Pesos have a unique take on the Blues, playing original music, with virtuoso instrumentation, a joyous groove, real songs and enough energy to bring the house down every night!   A brilliant band!

New Venue for 2013

We are planning a ‘Jump Jive & Boogie’ Weekender at the De Vere Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth 15-18 November 2013  with prices from £179 per person for 3 nights half board.  This is a luxury venue , with panoramic views,  award winning cuisine, a beautiful spa, a lovely ballroom and all the unique splendour of a true British Victorian great.   It’s also in an excellent position close to the shops and the centre of town.    We will be taking bookings soon but already have a list of customers wishing to book, so if you want to go please email us and we will put you on the list!

Photo Gallery Coming Soon!

Everyone misses our old Photo Gallery, where we posted pics of gigs and weekenders.   We stopped adding photo albums a few years ago because it was very time-consuming and we just didn’t have the necessary time! 

The GOOD NEWS is that it’s now easier to manage photo collections so we are now re-establishing the Photo Gallery, starting with recent weekenders and gigs, and then working backwards! 

If you have photos you’d like to share please email them to us at info@boogaloopromotions.com, or put them on a CD and give them to us at a gig.  We will set up the first photo album very soon!

It promises to be a fabulous Blues weekend at Norton Grange, IOW 5th to 8th October.  The Isle of Wight already enjoys a milder climate than elsewhere, and with the indian summer we’re enjoying it should be glorious – especially as Norton Grange is right by the sea!   

We’ve got a great line-up with The Nimmo Brothers and Nicky Moore’s Blues Corporation, as well as Bad Influence (replacing Todd Sharpeville), Mumbo Jumbo, Guy Tortora, Split Whiskers – and last but not least, Stompin’ Dave!   Plus jam sessions run by Tim Aves and MC/DJ Robert Hokum.

There is just a week to go ’til the Jump Jive & Boogie Weekender taking place at Warner’s Lakeside, Hayling Island Friday 28th September to Monday 1st October 2012.   Can’t wait!
