The Achievers have gained a strong international following as one of the very finest, most accomplished and original live bands performing Blues, Americana and Roots music in Europe. Their shows are life-affirming demonstrations of the power of live music – creating intimate concert atmospheres brimming with laughter, positivity, and rich musicality. Their infectious rhythms, joyful melodies and jaw-dropping vocal harmonies have gained them much critical acclaim, multiple UK Blues Award nominations and saw them win the highly prodigious UK Blues Challenge in 2019.
To celebrate 10-years of touring and their friendship, they are undertaking a series of intimate acoustic concerts in England and Wales and we are lucky to have one of these shows at The Maltings!
The Achievers stand proudly as British Blues & Roots outliers, never quite fitting into one box or another – but always offering a truly unique, and highly entertaining night of original roots music.
